1. In these rules for the provision of transport services, unless the text directly implies otherwise, the following terms will have the following meanings:
2. Все остальные термины и определения, встречающиеся в тексте Правил, толкуются Сторонами в соответствии с Пользовательским соглашением, Договором на оказание Транспортных услуг, Литовским законодательством и сложившимися обычными правилами EU, толкования соответствующих терминов.
3. The titles of the headings (paragraphs) of the Rules are intended solely for the convenience of using the text of the Rules and have no literal legal meaning.
1. Агрегатор Сarlusa.com и Водитель в рамках Пользовательского соглашения согласовали Правила с целью оказания Пассажиру Транспортных услуг.
2. Агрегатор Carlusa.com должна довести до сведения Пассажиров требования, указанные в разделе 5 Правил. При этом надлежащим исполнением указанной обязанности считается размещение Правил на Сайте в открытом доступе.
3. Во избежание разночтений Стороны подтверждают понимание того, что агрегатор Carlusa.com не оказывает Пользователю Транспортные услуги по Договору на оказание Транспортных услуг. Агрегатор Carlusa.com не является работодателем, за исключением предоставляемых услуг в рамках деятельности Интернет сайта (привличение Пользователей с целью принятия заявок на трансферы), и информационного провайдера на Сайте. Услуги оказывает Водитель по Договору на оказание Транспортных услуг в соответствии с Заявкой на поездку, оформленной Пользователем, а также в соответствиями с требованиями законодательства Литвы и EU.
4. Агрегатор Carlusa.com придерживается 0% толерантности по отношению распития алкоголя во время поездки и употреблению наркотических средств.
5. Во избежание недопонимания со Стороны Водителей, использование сайта-агрегатора carlusa.com подтверждает понимание того,что Налоговые и Социальные взносы в период использования сайта-агрегатора carlusa.com являются обязанностью Водителя. Водитель полностью несет ответственность налоговых обязательств в стране его проживания.
6. Во избежание недопонимания со Стороны Водителей, использование сайта-агрегатора carlusa.com подтверждает понимание того,что все необходимые документы и лицензии, необходимые для предоставления транспртных услуг имеются в наличии и не требуют продления, в период использования сайта-агрегатора carlusa.com являются обязанностью Водителя. Водитель полностью несет ответственность за состояние своих документов и лицензий согласно законодательства страны выполнения транспортных услуг.
1. Водителю надлежит опрятно выглядеть и придерживаться полу-делового стиля одежды.

4. Availability of communication tools for the necessary coordination of services, as well as the ability to use the navigation system to provide the necessary quality service
5. The driver undertakes to follow the points specified when booking the trip as accurately as possible, and to inform Carlusa in a timely manner about the beginning and completion of the provision of Transport Services to the Passenger.
6. The driver must clarify with the Passenger the desired route of travel.
7. The driver is recommended to take into account the wishes of the Passengers during the trip. (climatic conditions in the cabin during the trip, the speed of movement, etc.)
8. The driver does not have the right to refuse to fulfill the order for the provision of Transport services and / or change the place and time of the Vehicle delivery after its confirmation.
9. Make the disembarking and disembarking of Passengers in places where it is permissible to do so in accordance with the rules of the road. In this case, the Driver is obliged to assist the Passenger during embarkation and disembarkation, including, but not limited to, assist with the Passenger's luggage, as well as provide other assistance.
10. Распространение информации о транспортных услугах, оказываемых конкурентами агрегатора Carlusa.com и/или распространение информации об оказании Транспортных услуг Водителем в обход агрегатора Carlusa.com используя пользователей carlusa.com, повлечёт за собой одностороннее расторжение договора, и отказ от использования услуг со стороны Водителя.
11. The driver undertakes not to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and refrain from smoking during the trip.
12. Агрегатором Carlusa.com могут быть установлены дополнительные требования к Водителю при регистрации на Сайте и/или в процессе исполнения Водителем Заявок.
1. The vehicle must be clean, free of odors, in good condition and without external and internal damage.
2. The vehicle must meet the requirements of the rules of the road.
3. In the cabin of the Vehicle there should be no unnecessary items and / or personal items of the Driver (including newspapers, magazines, cigarettes, food, drinks and other things).
4. In the cabin of the Vehicle shall not play music, radio and / or other musical accompaniment, unless the Passenger requests the opposite.
5. В салоне и на кузове Транспортного средства не должно быть рекламы, товарных знаков, значков официального такси, коммерческих обозначений и иных средств индивидуализации Водителя и/или третьих лиц. С предварительного согласования с Carlusa.com допускается размещение только рекламы услуг Carlusa.com, его товарных знаков, коммерческих обозначений и иных средств индивидуализации.
6. The Vehicle must always have a serviceable umbrella, a plate for meeting Passengers, as well as other items necessary for the provision of Transportation Services.
7. Агрегатором Carlusa.com могут быть установлены дополнительные требования к Транспортному средству при регистрации Водителя на Сайте и/или в процессе исполнения Водителем Заявок на поездки.
1. The passenger undertakes to treat the Vehicle with care.
2. Smoking and drinking alcohol in the Vehicle is prohibited.
3. For safety reasons, the Passenger should not distract the Driver and create emergency situations while driving.
4. In order to provide quality service, the Passenger is advised to accurately inform the Driver of the necessary final and / or intermediate addresses of the trip.
5. The passenger does not have the right to insist on the violation of traffic regulations by the Driver.
6. The driver reserves the right to refuse / interrupt the execution of the Order in case of inappropriate passenger behavior.
7. Our provision of a safe and high-quality service for you directly depends on our cooperation and mutual understanding with you.
